About Our Editor
Joan Watroba is one of 13 Founders of the Bluebird Society of Pennsylvania dated back in 1998. Since then she has served as BSP Board Member, Vice President, President, and currently serves as BSP County Coordinator for Cumberland County.She also received one of the most valued and distinguished awards from the BSP as the Bluebirder of the Year in 2013. Joan feels the newsletter is an excellent resource for the members to keep updated on issues pertaining to our organization and encourages readers to submit articles, poems, letters, and share their personal experiences from the field with fellow bluebirders. Our society is fortunate to have Joan Watroba as our editor of the BSP.
